All students are under the supervision of their Student Leader and serving leaders that have background checks on file with First Baptist Church.

By checking, I understand that any time student is traveling with FBC to an offsite event, you will be required to verify your information on the Yearly Permission Form and your signature will be required at check-in/drop off of student unless arrangements have been made with Student Director or Leaders attending event.
