Our team
Our Team at First Baptist Church Hopkinsville is made up of pastors, staff, and volunteers who serve together with a shared commitment to glorify God and make disciples. Each member of our team brings unique gifts, experiences, and callings, but we are united by a love for Christ, a devotion to Scripture, and a heart for people. We seek to lead with humility, integrity, and faithfulness, equipping the church for ministry and walking alongside one another in the work God has given us—both within our church family and throughout Hopkinsville and Christian County.
Todd Goulet
Senior Pastor
Pastor Todd began serving with First Baptist Church in May of 2022. His gifting is found in preaching and leadership with a Bachelor's Degree from Liberty University and Masters Degree from Union University.
Pastor Todd has nearly two decades in corporate leadership at Merrill Lynch and more than 15 years in executive leadership in nonprofit organizations and senior church leadership, revitalizing two churches in New England and now here in Kentucky.
Pastor Todd also serves as the Chaplain for the Christian County Jail.
Michael Schatz
Worship & Teaching Pastor | Students
Pastor Mick began serving with First Baptist Church April 2024.
Angela Bracey
Mission Catalyst | Kids
Angela began serving with First Baptist Church in November 1995.
Angela has a Bachelor's Degree in Communications/Public Relations from Liberty University. Over the years Angela has served in many roles and ministries which has led to her role as Mission Catalyst in 2023. Angela's husband John is a retired Hopkinsville Police Officer and now a Sheriff's Deputy with the Christian County Sheriff's Department. Angela and John have one adult daughter, Janae.
