Christmas parade - SERVE!
Saturday, December 13
- 5:00pm | Parent assisted Hoptown Kid's Craft begins...
- 5:15pm | Serve Hot Chocolate/watch parade under canopy
We invite everyone to serve! The parade ends right under our canopy so we serve Hot Chocolate to our friends and neighbors! Come and hang out, serve and watch the parade!
This year Hoptown Kids, assisted by their parents, are invited at 5pm to construct their very own "oreo house" to take - or eat!
So don't forget to come and serve and watch the parade with us!

The Week of Prayer for International Missions is a special, focused time of prayer for Southern Baptist missionaries serving through the International Mission Board and the people whom they serve.

Living Water
Shower Ministry
Saturday, December 20, 10am-1pm
Christian Life Center / Activities Building
Once per month, in partnership with several area churches, we open up our CLC building for food, showers and other essential types of support for the homeless in our community.
- Living Waters Shower Donation Box: Elevator in Lobby:
- Collecting small/travel size bottles only of Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion and socks! These items will be packaged with other shower necessities for the homeless.
- Information to share for those who need this opportunity: Please come by for a shower and meal at the Christian Life Center across the street from First Baptist Church on Main Street. Doors will open at 9:00 AM for shower times followed by lunch at Noon. Join us for a refreshing time for your body and spirit!
Hoptown Kid's family MOVIE DAY
Saturday, December 20
3:35pm showing | Showbox
We would love to see the movie "David" at the Showbox in Hopkinsville as a group!
- If you would like to join us we plan to go to the 3:35pm showing at the Showbox.
- You must RSVP with Angela no later than Wednesday, December 17.
- Tickets are $9 per child.
**Chaperones required unless arrangements have been made.

Our Sunday School Team for ages 4-grade 5 will provide our annual Breakfast in Bethlehem during Sunday School along with teaching, crafts and light breakfast!
Pick up will be in the fellowship hall, toddlers will stay in their rooms.

God has blessed FBC with a fantastic campus! Over the history of our church, this campus has been used for the glory of God and will continue to be used for that purpose. Our great challenge is that the financial demand of deferred maintenance greatly exceeds our giving.
