ARE YOU SAVED?
We need to start here.
Before baptism, before membership, before serving.
I want to ask you something important. How would you describe your relationship with God?
If you were to stand before God today, what would give you confidence that you belong to Him?
The Bible says our hope isn’t in what we’ve done, but in what Christ has done for us. Salvation is trusting fully in Jesus—His life, death, and resurrection. That’s the hope I want us all to be resting in.
FIRST STEP LUNCH
The first step lunch is a relaxed lunch after worship designed for those who are new or curious. This is not a membership pitch, but a hospitality moment. Over a shared meal, meet pastors and leaders, hear the story of the church, learn our mission and values, and see how the FBC Pathway fits together.
The tone is informational, relational, and welcoming.
The goal is simple belonging—helping people move from “I visited” to “I’m starting to connect.”
Our First Step Lunch will take place in our Fellowship Hall, on the first level. Please ask any of our welcoming team or cafe team to point you in the right direction!

PATHWAY 2
christianity 101
From belonging, we move to The Foundation. This class provides clarity around the core beliefs of the Christian faith, the gospel, and the theological DNA of the church. It answers the question, “What do you believe, and why?” without assuming prior knowledge. This step helps you understand not only what we teach, but how belief shapes life, worship, and mission. It establishes a shared language and prepares people for faithful obedience and growth.
This class can be taken at any time, and is open to anyone.
This is a virtual learning experience.
PATHWAY 3
baptism 101
Flowing naturally from belief is The Waters. Baptism is where faith becomes visible obedience. This step serves new believers, those who have trusted Christ but have not yet been baptized, and parents seeking clarity about baptism. The class explains what baptism is and is not, why it matters, and how it connects to life in the local church. The emphasis is clear and biblical: profession of faith leads to baptism, and baptism marks entry into a life of discipleship within the church.
This class can be taken at any time, and is open to anyone
This class is a prerequisite for Baptism and Church Membership (if you have not been baptized.)
PATHWAY 4
GROW AS A DISCIPLE
JOIN A LIFE GROUP
JOIN US FOR ADULT DISCIPLESHIP
YOUNG ADULTS MINISTRY
MEN’S MINISTRY
WOMEN’S MINISTRY
These are the ongoing rhythms of discipleship. This happens through Life Groups, Sunday School, and Wednesday night classes. Life Groups emphasize relational connection and gospel application; Sunday School focuses on structured biblical teaching; Wednesday nights provide deeper formation and intergenerational discipleship. Here, people are known, taught, cared for, and encouraged to grow. We hold to a clear principle at this stage: belonging can precede formal membership, but membership clarifies responsibility.
PATHWAY 5
NEW MEMBER 101
As disciples grow, they are invited into The Covenant. Membership is not about privilege or status, but about responsibility, care, and shared mission. This class walks through the church’s statement of faith, covenant, leadership structure, and expectations of members. It answers the question, “What does it mean to fully belong and be accountable here?” The outcome is clarity, mutual commitment, and joyful affirmation as new members are welcomed into the life of the church.
This class can be taken at any time, and is open to anyone.
Only prerequtisite is Baptism 101, or having been baptized.
