A year is a long time — that's why I wanted to send out this mid-year questionnaire to help recenter the ministry because after all, I want to be partnering with you as we disciple your students. Feel free to give as much or as little information as you want.



This isn’t a test, just a resource for me to better minister to you as well as your student.
