All students are under the supervision of their Student Leader and serving leaders that have background checks on file with First Baptist Church.

By checking, I understand that any time student is traveling with FBC to an offsite event, you may be required to verify your information and your signature will be required at check-in/drop off of student unless arrangements have been made with Student Director or Leaders attending event.
