All students are under the supervision of their Student Leader and serving leaders that have background checks on file with First Baptist Church.

By checking, I understand the total camp cost is $230 per child which includes, food, lodging, activities, transportation.

A $33 payment by January 28 secures camp registration. 

By checking, I agree that this form can serve as an FBC Yearly Permission Form kept on file for the year 2026. Yearly permission forms are required to travel offsite with First Baptist Church for insurance and liability purposes.

By checking, I understand that any time student is traveling with FBC to an offsite event, you will be required to verify your information on the Yearly Permission/Registration Form and your signature will be required at check-in/drop off of student unless arrangements have been made with leader.

 Additional CENTRIKID CAMP FORMS wIll be required.
