- Pause on vocals on stage on Sundays due to working with students on Wednesdays/ no practice

- Refresh of Christian Life Center
- Joint Wednesday nights with Journey Church at CLC
Hoptown Kids | report by Angela Bracey
- We successfully hosted a community VBS with 3 other churches.
- Next outreach event, Hoptown Park and Rec's Downtown Trick or Treat- Friday, October 31.
By promotion Sunday:
- Refreshed some signage and rooms, check-in forms and processes.
- Moved preschool to their own Sunday School class facilitated by Lacy Orem, Bettye Adams and Leah Goulet
- Incorporated preschoolers in Kid’s Church to make it age 4-grade 3
- Added a new Sunday School class led by Emily and Jonathan Keeling for Kindergarten through second grade while Erin Westerfield and Mason Clark teach 3rd through 5th.
- Deanna Barnett has come alongside to assist with nursery programming.
- Resumed Midweek Programs on Wednesdays / Kids Church on Sundays.
- Introduced a Fall challenge called Fall Serve Bingo for Kids and Families to help kids develop a habit and heart for serving others at church and in their community. Adults encouraged to support kids by liking and sharing on socials as well as having intentional conversations and setting the example.
Deacons | report by Ben Westerfield
- Appreciation to volunteers that make taking care of our Care Group members possible
- Make sure to let us know what is going on!
- College Survival Kits were distributed to College Students. Asked for volunteers to write notes.
- Keep Care Group list up to date - this includes college students and military!
Hospitality | report by Debbie Sanders
- Thank you for those who brought food and served - don't forget to clean up your area!
